Suan la shredded potato stir-fry Lower‑oil
Julienne, rinse to remove excess starch, then stir-fry briskly with slivers of Long Green Chili Peppers, 200g, a splash of Hengshun White Rice Vinegar 500ml, and a touch of Haitian Premium Light Soy Sauce 500ml for tangy crunch (2–4 minutes).
Brothy potato, shiitake & tofu soup
Simmer potato cubes in Bull Head Clear Chicken Broth 411ml, add Chois Shiitake Mushrooms - 100g and soft cubes of Ever Green Classic Tofu, 500g until tender; finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and white pepper.
Warm red potato salad with shallots
Boil until just tender, then dress warm with minced Shallots - 500g, a splash of Baoding Shanghai Rice Vinegar 500ml, olive oil, salt and herbs. Great alongside grilled meats or fish.
