Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.

What is the difference between free delivery and the packaging fee?
Free delivery means the delivery fee is waived for a qualifying order. A separate packaging and service fee (currently A$2.50) applies to all orders, including orders above a free-delivery threshold.
What are the Sydney Metro Standard / Next-Day fees?
The delivery fee is A$0 for orders of A$69 or more, A$4.99 for orders of A$20–68.99, and A$7.99 for orders of A$0.01–19.99. Add the packaging and service fee (currently A$2.50). The current respective totals are A$2.50, A$7.49 and A$10.49.
What are the Sydney Metro Same-Day fees?
The delivery fee is A$5 for orders of A$69 or more, A$9.99 for orders of A$20–68.99, and A$12.99 for orders of A$0.01–19.99. Add the packaging and service fee (currently A$2.50). The current respective totals are A$7.50, A$12.49 and A$15.49.
When must I complete a same-day order?

Wollongong operates on selected service days. For an available next-day service, place your order before 10:00 PM the day before. Delivery is free from A$89; below that threshold, A$10 delivery plus the packaging and service fee (currently A$2.50) totals A$12.50. The current packaging and service fee also applies above the threshold.
How does Canberra delivery work?
Canberra operates on selected service days. For an available next-day service, place your order before 10:00 PM the day before. Delivery is free from A$129; below that threshold, A$10 delivery plus the packaging and service fee (currently A$2.50) totals A$12.50. The current packaging and service fee also applies above the threshold.
How do I confirm that my address is eligible?
Use the postcode checker on the delivery information page, then check the available options at checkout. Coverage and service days can change.
Can the driver take my order upstairs?
The published delivery information says couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep and cannot take lifts or stairs to upper levels. Arrange ground-floor access or suitable street-level delivery instructions.
What happens if delivery fails?
The driver will try to contact you and follow your delivery instructions where possible. If access is restricted and a safe drop is not possible, the order may be returned and cancelled. Under the Return & Refund Policy, an A$8 delivery fee, an A$10 handling fee and the cost of any perishable items are deducted; the remaining amount is refunded. Other cancellation situations follow that policy.
