INGREDIENTS
Buldak Curry Noodles
1 packet
Chicken thigh (or breast)
100g
Water
250-300ml
Coconut cream
2Tbsp
Fish balls
3 pieces
Tofu puffs
6 pieces
Egg
1
Spring onions
To garnish
Fried Shallot
To garnish
Salt and pepper
Serves 1
Method:
- Pour one tablespoon of oil into a hot pan.Add in chicken and season with salt and pepper (or fish sauce/soy sauce)
- Once cooked, add water, alongside the noodles + noodle seasonings and fish balls
- For extra creaminess, stir in coconut cream and mozzarella cheese (optional) and let the water cook down to a thick/creamier texture.
- At the desired consistency, turn off the heat and top off with soft boiled eggs, crispy fried shallots and fresh spring onions.
