Pea Shoots 300g
Also known as Dou Miao (pea tendrils)
Tender tips and curly tendrils with a natural pea sweetness. These delicate greens cook in seconds for a bright, fresh finish to stir-fries, soups, noodles and salads.
Why you’ll love it
- Sweet, delicate flavour and crisp-tender texture
- Ready in 30–60 seconds — perfect last-minute add-in
- Versatile for stir-fry, noodle soup, salad, or hotpot
- Pairs beautifully with garlic, soy, sesame, and mushrooms
How to enjoy
- Garlicky wok-toss with oyster shine — Heat a little oil, sizzle peeled garlic, then toss in pea shoots with a splash of oyster sauce. Finish in 30–60 seconds. Use a neutral oil like canola.
- Cozy shiitake–chicken vermicelli soup — Simmer clear chicken broth with sliced shiitake, add cooked rice vermicelli, then swirl in pea shoots for 20–30 seconds to wilt.
- Chilled konjac & sesame saladLow‑calorie — Blanch pea shoots briefly; toss with rinsed konjac threads, a splash of rice vinegar and a few drops of sesame oil.
- Tomato hotpot swish — Simmer a pot with tomato hot pot base, add your favourites (try tofu puffs) and swish pea shoots for 10–20 seconds at the end.
Prep Tips
- Rinse well to remove any sand; shake dry.
- Pinch off any tough ends; keep tender stems, leaves, and tendrils.
- Cook fast over high heat — 30–60 seconds is usually enough.
- Season lightly (salt/soy) to let the natural sweetness shine.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
