Gợi ý chế biến
- Ngồng tỏi xào bò, nước tương và dầu hào — Cắt ngồng tỏi xéo, xào với thịt bò Angus Prime cắt sợi, thêm chút nước tương nhạt và một muỗng Dầu hào. Đảo lửa lớn 2–4 phút cho sốt áo bóng.
- Ngồng tỏi trộn giấm mèÍt calo — Trụng ngồng tỏi 30–60 giây, làm lạnh rồi trộn với Giấm gạo trắng, chút Dầu mèvà một nhúm muối.
- Bún gạo xào tôm — Xào ngồng tỏi với bún gạo Jiangxi đã ngâm, tôm King mọng nướcvà một muỗng ớt chưng giòn. Món xào nhanh, thơm vị tỏi.
- Nhúng lẩu rồi dùng ngay — Cắt thành khúc 4–5 cm, nhúng vào nước lẩu đang sôi như nước lẩu cà chua Haidilao hoặc nước lẩu trong Cygnet trong 30–60 giây. Dùng cùng đậu hũ truyền thống cắt khối.
Mẹo sơ chế
- Nếu đầu ngồng đã hình thành nụ hoa và có xơ, cắt bỏ đầu, dùng phần cọng mềm.
- Cắt xéo để tăng diện tích tiếp xúc, giúp ngồng tỏi áp chảo ngon hơn.
- Nấu nhanh ở lửa lớn để giữ màu xanh và độ giòn, tránh nấu quá lâu.
- Trụng trước khi ướp nhanh để gia vị thấm đều hơn.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
