Đậu hũ khô ép nhẹ, chắc dai — dùng cắt lát, xào, kho và trộn gỏi lạnh.

Gợi ý chế biến
Cắt đậu hũ thành thanh, áp chảo đến vàng. Đảo với tỏi cắt nhỏ, gừng thái sợi, và sốt pha nhanh từ nước tương nhạt và chút dầu hào. Cuối cùng thêm một nắm hẹ cắt nhỏ.
Bào sợi mỏng hoặc cắt que rồi trộn với giấm gạo, rưới chút dầu mè, chút đường và hành lá cắt lát. Món ăn giòn, chua nhẹ, thanh mát.
Áp chảo đậu hũ cắt khối đến vàng rồi nấu sôi nhẹ với nấm hương, cải thìa, nước dùng và nước tương đậm đến khi sốt áo đều. Dọn với cơm nấu từ gạo Nhật Bản.
Cho đậu hũ cắt lát vào nước dùng kiểu shabu-shabu sôi nhẹ pha từ gia vị nước lẩu thanh. Sau cùng thêm nấm kim châm, bún gạo, và một nắm rau mầm đậu Hà Lan.
Mẹo chế biến
- Rửa, thấm khô và cắt đều để chín nhanh, đồng đều.
- Muốn mềm hơn, trụng các lát trong nước sôi nhẹ 30–60 giây rồi để thật ráo.
- Ướp 10–20 phút với nước tương nhạt, chút đường và dầu mè để thấm vị hơn.
- Áp chảo lửa vừa lớn đến khi cạnh vàng rồi mới thêm sốt hoặc kho.
Gợi ý dùng kèm
- Nước tương nhạt hoặc chút giấm Zhenjiang.
- Dầu thơm: dầu mè nguyên chất rưới sau cùng.
- Gia vị tăng vị đậm đà: nấm bào ngư hoặc nấm hương.
- Mì cho bữa ăn nhanh: mì Yangchun hoặc bún gạo.
- Gia vị thơm: gừng và tỏi.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
