Còn gọi là gai lan / kai lan. Cọng giòn mọng nước, lá non, thích hợp để xào nhanh, ăn với mì hoặc nấu canh. Loại rau quen thuộc trong món Quảng Đông, có vị ngọt tự nhiên và hơi đắng.

Cải làn xào tỏi với dầu hào
Phi tỏi băm với chút dầu, cho cọng cắt nhỏ vào trước rồi thêm lá; nêm dầu hào và chút nước tương nhạt. Xào 3–4 phút là chín. Có thể dùng tỏi bóc vỏ và một ít dầu hạt cải.
Mì nước với nấm kim châm Món nước
Đun nhỏ lửa nước dùng gà trong, chần cải làn vừa mềm giòn, thêm mì Yangchun rồi cho thêm nấm kim châm. Tô mì thanh nhẹ, ấm bụng và ngon miệng.
Mì xào thịt bò & cải làn
Trộn thịt bò Angus thái sợi đã áp chảo với cải làn chần và mì xào dai; nêm nước tương rồi thêm vài giọt dầu mè.
Cải làn chần sốt gừng–hành
Chần cọng rồi đến lá; rưới hỗn hợp ấm gồm hành lá thái sợi nhỏ, gừng bào, chút muối, dầu mè nóng và chút nước tương nhạt.
Mẹo sơ chế
- Cắt bỏ gốc khô, chẻ dọc cọng to để cọng và lá chín đều.
- Gọt lớp vỏ ngoài của cọng quá to để rau mềm hơn.
- Khi xào, cho cọng trước rồi mới thêm lá; tổng thời gian ~2–4 phút trên lửa lớn.
- Khi chần, thêm muối vào nước, nấu đến khi rau xanh và vừa mềm rồi để thật ráo.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
