Hai lõi xà lách romaine nhỏ gọn, giòn, lá ngọt và chắc, giữ được độ giòn khi trộn sốt, nướng hoặc dùng để cuốn nhân.

Gợi ý chế biến
Xào nhanh thịt heo xay với tỏi, gừng và chút nước tương. Cho vào lá xà lách cos, thêm hành lá và chút dầu mè để có món cuốn giòn, đậm đà. Có thể dùng Thịt heo nạc xay.
Xào nấm với tỏi, trộn cùng đậu hũ non đã làm lạnh, nước tương nhạt và giấm gạo. Cho vào lá xà lách lạnh, rắc mè. Gợi ý dùng Ever Green Đậu hũ non.
Bổ dọc làm đôi, quét dầu, úp mặt cắt xuống vỉ nướng đến khi hơi xém (1–2 phút). Rưới sốt nước tương–mè và rắc bánh mì nướng giòn nghiền hoặc các loại hạt. Vài giọt Dầu mè giúp món ăn thơm hơn.
Nhúng nhanh nguyên lá vào nước lẩu trong hoặc lẩu nấm đến khi vừa mềm; ăn ngay để giữ độ giòn. Có thể dùng Haidilao Gia vị lẩu nấm.
Mẹo sơ chế
- Bổ dọc làm đôi, rửa giữa các lớp lá rồi giũ hoặc quay thật ráo để sốt bám đều.
- Giữ nguyên lõi khi nướng hoặc làm salad cắt múi, chỉ bỏ phần gốc nâu.
- Nêm và trộn sốt ngay trước khi ăn để giữ độ giòn.
- Khi xào, dùng lửa lớn và đảo nhanh (30–60 giây) để rau còn giòn.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
