- Vị đậu nành thanh dịu, hợp từ nước tương–gừng đến sốt mala cay.
- Độ cứng vừa: cắt khối để xào, cắt lát để chiên áp chảo hoặc nấu sôi nhẹ trong canh.
- Vị nhẹ, hợp nước sốt đậm đà — chỉ cần ướp sơ là đậu hũ thấm gia vị nhanh.
Gợi ý chế biến
- Đậu hũ xào cải thìa & nấm hương với tỏi — Thấm khô đậu hũ, chiên áp chảo các khối đến vàng (3–4 phút), rồi đảo với nấm hương cắt lát và cải thìa giòn. Thêm nước tương nhạt và vài giọt dầu mè; đảo thêm 1–2 phút.

Canh cà chua đậu hũ trứng Món nước — Nấu nước cốt lẩu cà chua với nước, thêm đậu hũ cắt lát và cải thảo (2–4 phút), rồi rót trứng đánh tan thành dòng; nêm tiêu trắng sau cùng.

- Đậu hũ lạnh sốt nước tương–hành lá — Rưới hỗn hợp nước tương nhạt, chút giấm gạo, chút đường và nhiều hành lá cắt nhỏ lên đậu hũ. Dùng làm món ăn kèm thanh mát.
- Tô bún đậu hũ với nấm kim châm & cải ngọt — Nấu bún gạo (3–5 phút). Trụng nấm kim châm và cải ngọt (30–60 giây). Chan nước dùng nóng, thêm đậu hũ ấm và chút dầu hào.
Mẹo chế biến
- Chắt nước rồi thấm khô nhẹ tay. Để đậu hũ chắc hơn khi xào, ép giữa các lớp khăn giấy dưới một chiếc đĩa nhẹ trong 10–15 phút.
- Chiên áp chảo với lớp dầu mỏng đến vàng rồi mới thêm sốt để giữ kết cấu.
- Khi nấu canh, thêm đậu hũ gần cuối và nấu sôi nhẹ để lát đậu không bị bể.
- Ướp sơ (10–20 phút) với nước tương, tỏi và chút dầu mè để đậu hũ vàng thơm khi chiên.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
