Gợi ý chế biến
Nấm xào tỏi dầu hào
Áp chảo nấm với ít dầu hạt cải đến khi hơi vàng, thêm tỏibăm, rồi thêm chút dầu hào. Thêm tiêu đập dập và hành lá thái nhỏ. Dùng với cơm.
Canh trong đậu hũ & nấm Món nước
Nấu nồi canh thanh nhẹ với gia vị lẩu nấm, thêm nấm ngọc trai và đậu hũ noncắt khối. Nấu vừa mềm, thêm vài giọt dầu mè và tiêu trắng ở cuối.
Mì trộn nước tương mè
Xào nhanh nấm, rồi trộn với mì đã trụng như mì trứng tươi, một ít dầu mè, và ít nước tương nhạt. Thêm cải thìa cắt sợi và ớt khô tùy thích.
Nấm ăn lẩu cay
Cho từng cụm nấm vào nồi lẩu đang sôi với nước cốt lẩu cay. Nhúng một đến hai phút cùng thịt bò cuộn cắt lát và rau để thêm độ giòn dai và vị umami.
Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Cắt bỏ 0.5–1 cm ở gốc để tách cụm; tránh ngâm — rửa nhanh rồi thấm khô.
- Áp chảo một lớp trên lửa vừa lớn để nấm vàng đều; không cho quá đầy chảo.
- Nêm sau — chỉ thêm muối khi nấm đã lên màu để giữ độ dai.
- Nấm nhanh chín: thường chỉ cần 2–4 phút đến khi vừa mềm.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
