Tàu hũ ky sợi ngũ vị thơm, ăn liền, dùng trộn hoặc xào nhanh. Dai, đậm vị đậu nành, tiện cho bữa ăn nhanh và các món thiên về thực vật.

Gợi ý chế biến
Rửa, để lạnh rồi trộn với chút giấm Zhenjiang, rưới chút dầu mè, và một nắm rau mầm đậu Hà Lan giòn.
Xào nhanh tàu hũ ky cắt sợi với tỏi đập dập và cải ngọt giòn; thêm một muỗng dầu hào. Xào 1–3 phút để giữ kết cấu.
Trộn tàu hũ ky vào bún gạo còn ấm cùng nước tương nhạt, một ít dầu mè, và su hào muối cay cắt nhỏ để thêm giòn.
Cho vào nồi lẩu sôi nhẹ pha từ Haidilao Nước cốt lẩu cà chua cùng nấm kim châm dai. Hâm 1–2 phút để thấm nước dùng.
Mẹo chế biến
- Ăn liền: rửa sơ và thấm khô để vị ngon hơn.
- Muốn làm mới vị, trụng sơ (10–20 giây) rồi để thật ráo trước khi nêm.
- Xào nhanh lửa vừa lớn để giữ độ mềm dai—tránh nấu quá lâu.
- Cắt sợi mỏng để trộn gỏi hoặc để sợi rộng hơn khi ăn với mì và nấu lẩu.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
