Nấm mọc thành cụm nhỏ, mũ chắc mà mềm, thơm ngọt bùi tự nhiên — hợp xào nhanh, ăn với mì ramen và nấu canh.
Đặc điểm sản phẩm
- Vị ngọt dịu, trở nên đậm đà khi áp chảo hơi vàng.
- Mềm giòn, giữ được độ giòn dai trong món xào, mì và lẩu.
- Nhanh chín: khoảng 2–4 phút là có thể dùng.
- Không cần cắt nhỏ — chỉ cắt bỏ gốc rồi tách thành cụm nhỏ.
Gợi ý chế biến
Nấm xào tỏi dầu hào
Áp chảo nấm shimeji trên chảo nóng rồi đảo cùng tỏi, một ít dầu hào, thêm rau giòn như cải thìa Shanghai. Chế biến trong 3–5 phút.
Canh đậu hũ & nấm shimeji Món nước
Nấu liu riu các cụm nấm với đậu hũ mềm trong nước cốt canh nấmthanh nhẹ; thêm mầm đậu Hà Lan ở cuối để có tô canh thanh vị.
Mì kiều mạch với nước tương & mè
Áp chảo nấm shimeji đến khi vàng rồi trộn với mì kiều mạch, một ít nước tươngvà vài giọt dầu mè.
Nấm ăn lẩu
Cho nấm shimeji vào nồi lẩu đang sôi cùng bò cuộn và nấm kim châm, dùng nước cốt súp cay đậm vị.
Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Chỉ cắt phần gốc sát rễ, tách thành cụm nhỏ. Rửa nhanh rồi thấm khô.
- Áp chảo nóng cho nấm vàng để vị umami đậm hơn, rồi nêm gần cuối.
- Nấu nhanh (khoảng 2–4 phút xào hoặc 3–5 phút nấu liu riu) để giữ độ giòn.
- Không cho quá đầy chảo để nấm áp chảo vàng thay vì bị hấp hơi.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
