Còn gọi là Dou Miao (đọt và tua đậu Hà Lan)
Đọt non và tua xoăn có vị ngọt tự nhiên của đậu Hà Lan. Loại rau mềm này chín chỉ trong vài giây, thêm vị tươi cho món xào, canh, mì và salad.

Gợi ý chế biến
- Đọt đậu xào tỏi, dầu hào — Làm nóng chút dầu, phi thơm tỏi bóc vỏ, rồi cho đọt đậu vào cùng chút dầu hào. Xào 30–60 giây là xong. Dùng dầu có vị nhẹ như dầu hạt cải.
- Bún nước dùng gà với nấm hương — Đun nhỏ lửa nước dùng gà trong với nấm hương, thêm bún gạo đã nấu chín, rồi cho đọt đậu vào đảo 20–30 giây đến khi vừa mềm.
- Salad konjac lạnh & mèÍt calo — Chần sơ đọt đậu, trộn với sợi konjac đã rửa, chút giấm gạo và vài giọt dầu mè.
- Đọt đậu nhúng lẩu cà chua — Nấu nồi lẩu với nước cốt lẩu cà chua, thêm món bạn thích (có thể dùng đậu hũ chiên phồng) rồi nhúng đọt đậu 10–20 giây lúc cuối.
Mẹo sơ chế
- Rửa kỹ cho sạch cát rồi giũ ráo.
- Ngắt bỏ đầu cọng già; giữ cọng non, lá và tua.
- Nấu nhanh trên lửa lớn — thường chỉ cần 30–60 giây.
- Nêm nhẹ với muối hoặc nước tương để giữ vị ngọt tự nhiên.

2. Same-Day Delivery
Place your order before 12:00 PM and receive it the same day between 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (it may arrive slightly earlier).
Please complete your purchase—including payment authorisation and confirmation—before 12:00 PM to unlock same-day delivery. If a later checkout still shows Same-Day because of cache delay, the order may miss today’s dispatch.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
