Khoai tây sợi xào ớt chuông xanh & giấm đen

Cắt khoai thành sợi, rửa sạch rồi xào nhanh với tỏi, ớt chuông xanh, một ít giấm thơm Zhenjiang và chút muối; xào vừa chín tới, còn giòn (3–5 phút). Thêm tỏi bóc vỏ cắt lát để dậy mùi thơm.

Thịt bò & khoai tây hầm

Áp chảo cho vàng mặt thịt bò Angus cắt khối, thêm khoai tây và gia vị thơm, đổ ngập bằng nước dùng gà trong rồi hầm đến mềm (30–45 phút). Nêm thêm chút nước tương nhạt và tiêu đen.

Salad khoai tây sợi thanh nhẹ Nhẹ nhàng & tươi mát

Chần khoai tây sợi 1–2 phút, để nguội rồi trộn với giấm gạo trắng, một ít dầu mè, chút muối và hành lá hoặc ngò rí.

Khoai tây & nấm hương sốt dầu hào

Áp chảo khoai tây cắt múi, rồi đảo cùng nấm hương cắt lát và một muỗng dầu hào cao cấp; thêm ít nước, nấu liu riu cho sốt áo đều (6–8 phút).

Mẹo sơ chế và nấu

Rửa nhanh, chà sạch nếu cần; có thể giữ vỏ để thêm độ bùi và dưỡng chất.
Cắt khoai đều miếng để chín đều; luộc sơ khoai cắt múi 5–7 phút trước khi nướng để phần cạnh giòn hơn.
Khi xào, cắt sợi rồi rửa đến khi nước gần trong để bớt tinh bột bám ngoài và giữ độ giòn.
Khi luộc, cho khoai vào nước lạnh có muối, đun sôi nhẹ đến khi xiên nĩa vừa mềm để khoai không bị úng nước.
Nêm muối từ đầu, sau đó thêm giấm, nước tương hoặc dầu mè lúc cuối để món ăn đậm vị hơn.

Street Address Only

We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.

Delivery Access

Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.

Failed Delivery — What We Do

We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
