Hành tây caramel ăn cùng bít tết & burger
Thái hành, đảo với chút dầu ở lửa nhỏ đến vàng đậm (25–40 phút). Cho lên Bít tết thăn ngoại bò Angus Prime hoặc thịt burger tùy thích. Thêm chút nước hoặc nước dùng để hòa phần cháy cạnh, giúp hành bóng đều.
Ớt chuông & hành tây kiểu fajita
Áp chảo hành cắt sợi với Ớt chuông xanh ở lửa lớn đến hơi xém (4–6 phút). Nêm muối, tiêu và vắt chút chanh. Dùng với bánh tortilla, cơm tô hoặc gà nướng.
Hành tây ngâm chua nhanh Ít calo
Trộn hành thái mỏng với chút muối, chút đường và giấm gạo trắng Hengshun. Để 15–30 phút cho hành giòn, vị chua tươi. Dùng cùng salad, cá nướng hoặc cơm tô.
Mì xào cải rổ & hành tây
Xào hành cho thơm (1–2 phút), thêm Cải rổ (gai lan), rồi cho mì Hokkien đã nấuvào. Nêm nước tương nhạt và thêm chút dầu mè.
Mẹo sơ chế
- Để giảm độ hăng khi ăn sống, ngâm hành thái lát trong nước lạnh 5–10 phút rồi để ráo.
- Làm hành caramel ở lửa nhỏ & chậm, thỉnh thoảng thêm chút nước để hòa phần bám chảo; không tăng lửa vội nếu muốn hành ngọt.
- Cắt dọc từ gốc đến ngọn để hành giữ độ giòn, ít nát khi xào.
- Xào hành trước để tạo vị ở đáy chảo, cho tỏi hoặc gừng vào sau để tránh cháy.

- Ớt chuông xanh cho món xào kết hợp quen thuộc.
- Bít tết thăn ngoại bò Angus Prime và các món nướng.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
