How to enjoy
Chilled soy–sesame tofu with spring onion Light & fresh
Spoon over a block, drizzle with light soy and a few drops of sesame oil, then top with finely sliced spring onion and grated ginger. Ready in 1–2 minutes.
Silken tofu + enoki in a light broth
