Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $6.50 delivery fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.

How to enjoy
- Broth‑based enoki & tofu soup Broth‑based — Simmer a light base with clear chicken stock (or mushroom hot pot broth like Haidilao Mushroom), then slide in enoki and cubes of silken tofu. Cook 1–2 minutes and finish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
- Garlic‑ginger enoki stir‑fry with soy & sesame — Flash‑sauté aromatics, add enoki, then season with a splash of light soy sauce and a few drops of sesame oil. Toss for 1–2 minutes and finish with sliced spring onion.
- Chilled sesame‑vinegar enoki salad — Blanch enoki 30–40 seconds, chill, then dress with rice vinegar, a touch of soy, a spoon of chili oil, and minced garlic. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds.
- Hot pot favorite: enoki bundles — Dip small clusters into a simmering base like Haidilao Spicy for 30–60 seconds. Pair with beef rolls and soak up broth with tofu puffs.
