Garlic chayote stir‑fry
Julienne and toss in a hot wok with smashed peeled garlic, a splash of light soy, and a drizzle of sesame oil. Stir‑fry 2–4 minutes until crisp‑tender; add slivers of long green chili for gentle heat.
