How to enjoy

Chilled soy–sesame tofu with spring onion Light & fresh

Spoon over a block, drizzle with light soy and a few drops of sesame oil, then top with finely sliced spring onion and grated ginger. Ready in 1–2 minutes.

Silken tofu + enoki in a light broth

Simmer tofu cubes and enoki in a gentle stock made with clear soup base for 2–4 minutes. Finish with a pinch of white pepper and a few drops of sesame oil.

Steamed egg & tofu custard with prawns

Blend silken tofu with beaten eggs, season lightly, pour into a shallow dish, and top with chopped king prawns. Steam gently 10–12 minutes until just set; splash with soy and sesame oil.

Spicy soy–vinegar tofu bowl

Whisk light soy with a splash of Zhenjiang vinegar and a spoon of chili crisp. Spoon over tofu; add spring onion and toasted sesame seeds.
