- Cải xoăn xào tỏi dầu hào — Xào nhanh cải xoăn đã cắt cùng tỏi bóc vỏ trong dầu nóng; thêm dầu hào và chút nước cho sốt áo đều. Có thể thêm vị ngọt đậm đà bằng nấm bào ngư. Món ăn sẵn sàng sau 3–5 phút.
- Canh cải xoăn, đậu hũ & nấm shimejiNấu với nước dùng — Đun liu riu nước dùng gà trong, cho cải xoăn thái sợi, nấm shimejivà đậu hũ non cắt khối vào nấu vừa mềm (3–4 phút). Nêm nhẹ tay.
- Mì tôm & cải xoăn sốt tỏi nước tương — Trộn tôm vua đã áp chảo và cải xoăn với mì lúa mì dai; nêm nước tương và rưới chút dầu mè. Xào 2–4 phút.
- Salad cải xoăn bóp dầu mè–giấm gạo — Bóp nhẹ cải xoăn thái mỏng cùng hỗn hợp dầu mè và giấm gạo; trộn thêm đậu hũ chiên phồng đã làm nóng và chút cay từ ớt hiểm.
Mẹo sơ chế
- Tước lá khỏi phần cọng cứng; thái lá thành sợi để nấu nhanh và chín đều.
- Nếu thích rau mềm hơn, trụng 20–40 giây trước khi xào.
- Để trộn salad, bóp lá với chút muối và dầu đến khi lá hơi sẫm màu, mềm dẻo.
- Sau khi rửa, để rau thật ráo để sốt không bị loãng.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
