Bí ngòi tươi mềm, vị dịu, nấu chỉ vài phút. Dùng để xào, nướng, nấu canh hoặc trộn salad.

Gợi ý chế biến
Áp chảo bí ngòi cắt lát bán nguyệt trên lửa lớn; thêm tỏi, gừng, chút nước tương nhạt và chút dầu mè. Hoàn thành trong 3–5 phút.
Nấu liu riu bí ngòi cắt lát với nấm kim châm và đậu hũ non cắt khối trong nước dùng gà trong. Nêm nhẹ nước tương; nấu 2–4 phút để canh giữ vị thanh.
Nướng lát dày đến khi có vệt xém, rồi phết sốt yakiniku mặn ngọt. Ăn cùng cơm và thịt nướng.
Bào bí ngòi thành sợi dài, trộn với bún gạo đã ngâm mềm, chút giấm gạo trắng, mè và rau thơm. Ướp lạnh để làm món ăn kèm thanh mát.
Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Không cần gọt vỏ; bỏ hai đầu và cắt đều (khoanh, lát bán nguyệt, que hoặc sợi dài).
- Muốn áp chảo xém đẹp, thấm khô và không cho quá nhiều vào chảo; nấu lửa lớn 2–4 phút đến khi vừa mềm.
- Khi nướng: cắt dày 1–1.5 cm, phết ít dầu, nướng 2–3 phút mỗi mặt.
- Làm salad: ướp chút muối lên sợi bí, để một lát rồi thấm bớt nước.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
