Trái đậu đầy đặn, ngọt tự nhiên, rất giòn, ăn được cả vỏ — dùng sống hoặc nấu chín. Thêm vào món xào, mì và salad hằng ngày để có độ giòn và màu sắc.
Đặc điểm sản phẩm
- Vỏ ngọt giòn, hạt bên trong mềm — không cần tách vỏ.
- Nhanh chín: chỉ vài phút là giữ được màu xanh và độ giòn.
- Dùng xào, ăn với mì, trộn salad hoặc nấu canh thanh nhẹ.
- Có thể ăn sống như món ăn vặt, chấm sốt hoặc trộn sốt đơn giản.
Gợi ý chế biến
Áp chảo đậu trên lửa lớn với tỏi đập dập và nấm thái lát như nấm bào ngư. Thêm một ít dầu hào và một nhúm muối. Thêm tỏi tươi từ Tỏi củ để tạo hương.
Nấu nước canh thanh nhẹ với nước dùng gà trong, cho đậu hũ truyền thống, một nắm đậu và nấm kim châm. Chan lên mì dai như mì Yangchun.
Trụng đậu nhanh, cắt xéo rồi trộn với giấm Zhenjiang, một ít dầu mèvà một muỗng ớt giòn cay.
Xào nhanh cùng thịt bò Angus cắt dải, tiêu đen đập dập, gừngvà một ít nước tương. Giữ đậu vừa mềm giòn.
Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Cắt đầu & đuôi, rồi tước xơ mỏng dọc trái để ăn ngon hơn.
- Làm salad thì trụng 30–60 giây, rồi ngâm nước đá để giữ màu và độ giòn.
- Với món xào, nấu trên lửa lớn 2–3 phút; cho vào gần cuối để tránh quá chín.
- Chỉ cần nêm muối cùng chút nước tương hoặc mè — nêm nhẹ để giữ vị ngọt của đậu.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
