Gợi ý chế biến
- Đậu hũ xào tỏi–gừng — Áp chảo đậu hũ cắt khối rồi đảo với cải thìa non và nấm hương. Thêm chút nước tương nhạt, cuối cùng thêm chút dầu mè, cùng vị giòn tươi từ cải thìa non và vị đậm đà từ nấm hương.
- Tô bún nước đậu hũ Món nước — Nấu sôi nhẹ đậu hũ trong nước dùng gà thanh (hoặc nước dùng rau củ), thêm bún gạo mềm mượt, thêm gừng cắt lát.
- Đậu hũ nhồi nhân kho kiểu nhà làm — Rạch một đường rồi nhồi thịt heo bằm đã nêm gia vị, cùng tỏi bằm, và một muỗng dầu hào. Kho trong chảo với chút nước đến khi mọng nước.
- Cơm đậu hũ sốt satay–ớt — Trộn đậu hũ nóng với sốt satay và ớt xanh áp chảo xém; dọn với cơm nấu từ gạo Nhật Bản.
Mẹo chế biến
- Muốn vị thanh hơn, rửa sơ hoặc nhúng nước nóng (10–20 giây) để bớt dầu ngoài mặt trước khi nấu.
- Làm giòn lại bằng nồi chiên không dầu hoặc lò nướng trong 2–4 phút đến khi cạnh hơi giòn.
- Cắt khối hoặc tam giác để thấm sốt hơn; nếu nhồi nhân, rạch một túi nhỏ ở một bên.
- Nấu sôi nhẹ trong nước dùng hoặc sốt cho thấm vị; tránh đảo mạnh để giữ nguyên miếng.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
