Ớt áp chảo “da hổ” với tỏi & giấm đen
Áp chảo khô trên lửa lớn đến khi ớt phồng xém (2‑4 phút), rồi trộn với tỏi băm, chút giấm Zhenjiang và một ít dầu mè. Thêm chút muối và đường cho cân vị. Muốn nhanh hơn, dùng tỏi đã bóc vỏ.
Ớt dồn thịt heo hấp, sốt nước tương
Rạch dọc, bỏ hạt rồi dồn thịt heo nạc bằm đã nêm gừng, hành lá và chút dầu hào. Hấp đến khi nhân chín (8‑12 phút), thêm lớp sốt nước tương làm nhanh.
Bún nước với ớt, đậu hũ & nấm shimejiNấu với nước dùng
Nấu liu riu bún gạo trong nước dùng nhẹ vị như nước dùng gà trong. Thêm ớt cắt lát, đậu hũ non, và nấm shimeji. Thêm chút giấm cho vị thanh hơn.
Mì Hokkien xào ớt & giá
Xào mì Hokkien với ớt cắt lát, giá đỗ, và nấm bào ngư. Nêm chút Kikkoman Nước tương và chút dầu. Hoàn thành trong 6‑8 phút.
Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Điều chỉnh độ cay bằng cách bỏ hạt và màng bên trong; cắt mỏng để vị cay phân bố đều, dịu hơn.
- Muốn thơm hơn, áp chảo khô cho xém trước rồi mới nêm gia vị.
- Nên mang găng khi sơ chế nhiều ớt; tránh chạm vào mắt.
- Thêm nhanh chút giấm giúp cân bằng vị cay và tạo vị thanh mà không cần thêm dầu.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
