Gợi ý chế biến
Làm giòn đậu hũ sơ rồi đảo với cải thìa non, chút nước tương nhạt, và một muỗng dầu hào. Xào lửa lớn 2–4 phút.
Nấu sôi nhẹ đậu hũ cùng nấm shimeji trong nước dùng nấm thanh, rồi thêm một nắm bún gạo. Rắc hành lá sau cùng. Món ăn thanh nhẹ, ấm bụng.
Áp chảo đậu hũ đến khi cạnh giòn, thêm ớt chuông đỏ cắt lát, rồi áo với một muỗng sốt satay và rưới chút dầu ớt. Dùng với cơm nóng.
Nấu sôi nhẹ đậu hũ và nấm bào ngư trong sốt pha nhanh từ Tương đậu ớt Pixian doubanjiang, tỏi và nước dùng. Dọn với cơm nóng nấu từ gạo Wuchang.
Mẹo chế biến
- Thấm khô rồi cắt miếng vừa ăn để nóng đều và cạnh giòn.
- Dùng nồi chiên không dầu hoặc lò nướng hâm ở 180–200°C trong 5–8 phút để lớp vỏ giòn lại trước khi thêm sốt.
- Với canh hoặc lẩu, trụng 20–30 giây để bớt dầu ngoài mặt rồi cho vào gần cuối để giữ độ mềm.
- Xào lửa lớn, thêm sốt vào 30–60 giây cuối để đậu hũ không bị mềm nhũn.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
