- Hấp rồi thêm nước tương và hẹ, hầm với thịt heo hoặc cho vào lẩu.
- Giúp nước dùng và món hầm sánh hơn — không cần thêm sữa hay bột.

Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Nếu da nhạy cảm, nên đeo găng vì khoai môn sống có thể gây ngứa. Gọt dưới vòi nước rồi rửa sạch.
- Luộc sơ khoai đã cắt 5–7 phút để bớt tinh bột ngoài, để ráo trước khi kho, chiên hoặc cho vào lẩu.
- Nấu thật chín mềm đến bên trong: hấp 12–18 phút; nấu liu riu hoặc kho 20–30 phút sau khi luộc sơ.
- Muốn cạnh giòn, hấp trước rồi chiên áp chảo với lớp dầu mỏng đến vàng.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
