Khoai tây nướng khay với tỏi
Luộc sơ rồi nướng nhiệt cao đến vàng, trộn với tỏi bóc vỏ đập dập và chút dầu ô liu hoặc dầu mè cho thơm.
Khoai tây đập dẹt nướng giòn với dầu ớt giòn & giấm đen
Luộc mềm, đập dẹt rồi nướng đến khi bề mặt sần giòn. Thêm dầu ớt cay và một ít giấm thơm Zhenjiang.

Hấp hoặc luộc khoai rồi trộn khi còn ấm với giấm gạo trắng, chút dầu mè và hành lá cắt lát.
Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Không cần gọt vỏ—chỉ cần chà rửa sạch. Cắt đôi hoặc để nguyên củ thành miếng vừa ăn.
- Luộc sơ trong nước nêm đủ muối đến khi mũi dao xiên vào còn hơi cứng (8–12 phút), để khoai ráo hơi trước khi nướng hoặc xào.
- Muốn giòn hơn, xóc cho bề mặt hơi sần sau khi luộc sơ rồi mới nướng.
- Nêm khi khoai còn nóng để thấm vị hơn (giấm, nước tương hoặc gia vị thơm).

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
