Thanh nhẹ & tươi mát
Trộn tàu hũ ky với rau xanh giòn như rau mầm đậu Hà Lan, chút giấm đen Zhenjiang, và rưới chút dầu mè. Nêm thêm chút đường và tiêu trắng sau cùng. -
Tàu hũ ky xào nhanh với giá và hành lá
Xào nhanh với giá, hành lá cắt lát, và tỏi bằm. Thêm chút nước tương nhạt để áo đều. Chỉ xào 1–2 phút để giữ độ dai giòn. -
Bún gạo trộn nước tương–ớt
Trộn tàu hũ ky đã hâm với bún gạo Jiangxi dai cùng một muỗng dầu ớt cay và chút nước tương nhạt. Thêm dưa leo bào sợi hoặc rau xanh đã trụng nếu thích. -
Tàu hũ ky nhúng lẩu (nước cà chua hoặc nước dùng thanh)
Nấu sôi nhẹ một lát trong nước lẩu như Haidilao Nước cốt lẩu cà chua. Dùng kèm đậu hũ chiên phồng, nấm kim châm, và vài con tôm king để món ăn dai ngon, thấm nước dùng.
Mẹo chế biến
- Với món lạnh, rửa sơ và để thật ráo để tách các sợi.
- Khi xào, cho vào gần cuối và đảo 1–2 phút để giữ độ dai.
- Nếu dùng nóng, thêm một muỗng nước dùng hoặc sốt để gia vị bám đều.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
