Ớt xanh 500g
Ớt xanh tươi, giòn, cay thanh, giúp món xào, mì, nước chấm sủi cảo và món nướng thêm vị. Cắt lát, áp chảo xém hoặc ngâm chua—thêm vị cay mà không lấn át món ăn.
Điểm nổi bật của sản phẩm
- Điều chỉnh độ cay: bỏ hạt để cay dịu, giữ hạt nếu muốn cay hơn.
- Giữ độ giòn khi xào nhanh, thêm độ giòn cho salad và món ngâm chua.
- Làm rõ mùi tỏi, gừng, nước tương và giấm mà không lấn át các gia vị này.
- Hợp với món xào Trung Quốc, mì nước Đông Nam Á hoặc xiên nướng.
Gợi ý chế biến
Bổ đôi theo chiều dọc, áp chảo nóng đến khi phồng xém (2–4 phút). Trộn với tỏi đã bóc vỏ, băm nhỏ và chút nước tương nhạt. Thêm vài giọt dầu mè. Ăn cùng cơm hoặc làm món ăn kèm.
Rạch dọc, bỏ hạt, giữ nguyên trái rồi dồn thịt heo bằm đã nêm. Áp chảo vàng, sau đó thêm một muỗng nước, đậy nắp hấp (6–8 phút). Phết dầu hào và nấu liu riu một lát cho sốt bám đều. Ăn cùng cơm nóng.
Nấu liu riu nước dùng gà trong, thêm bún gạo, rồi thêm ớt xanh cắt mỏng và hành lá. Thanh nhẹ, thơm, cay dịu.
Cắt khoanh ớt rồi đổ lên hỗn hợp nước ngâm ấm gồm giấm gạo trắng, chút đường và muối. Để nguội, ăn cùng mì, sủi cảo hoặc cơm chiên.
Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Muốn bớt cay, bỏ hạt và màng nhạt màu; muốn cay hơn thì giữ lại.
- Cắt xéo để miếng đẹp, nhanh chín; giữ nửa trái lớn khi dồn nhân.
- Áp chảo thật nóng và nhanh để giữ độ giòn, tạo mùi khói.
- Rửa tay sau khi cầm ớt, tránh chạm vào mắt. Nên mang găng khi băm nhiều ớt.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
