Failed Delivery — What We Do

We’ll call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we’ll follow your delivery instructions (e.g. safe drop if allowed).
If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible (e.g. building rules, no lobby access, unsafe to leave), we’ll take the order back (no redelivery).
We’ll cancel the order; $6.50 delivery fee and any fresh/perishable items will be deducted.
We’ll refund the remaining amount to your original payment method and send a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
