Đặc điểm sản phẩm
- Vị thanh nhẹ, dễ thấm sốt mà không lấn át món ăn.

Gợi ý chế biến
- Nấm xào tỏi gừng dầu hào — Áp chảo nấm trên chảo nóng, thêm tỏi gừng băm, rồi phủ một muỗng Haitian Dầu hào Premium. Dùng cùng Tỏi bóc vỏ và gừng tươi từ Gừng 500g. Khi chảo đã nóng xèo, nấu khoảng 2–4 phút.
- Canh bún gạo với đậu hũ & nấm Món nước — Nấu liu riu nấm trong nước dùng gà nhẹ như Bull Head Nước dùng gà trong, thêm Ever Green Đậu hũ tươi thường cắt khối và một vắt Chunsi Jiangxi Bún gạo 300g. Thêm hành thái nhỏ từ Bó hành lá.
- Nấm ăn lẩu — Cho vào nồi lẩu đang sôi với Haidilao Gia vị lẩu nấm và nhúng 1–2 phút. Ăn cùng Beifang Bò cuộn cắt lát mỏng, chấm Dong Lai Shun Nước chấm đậm đà.
- Nấm nướng trộn mè–giấm đen — Trộn nấm với ít dầu, nướng nhiệt cao đến khi rìa vàng (8–12 phút), rồi trộn với Lee Kum Kee Dầu mè nguyên chất và chút Hengshun Zhenjiang Giấm thơm. Muốn thêm cay, dùng: Chuanwazi Dầu ớt giòn.
Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Phủi sạch hoặc rửa nhanh rồi thấm khô — tránh ngâm để nấm dễ vàng.
- Cắt bỏ đầu cuống khô; giữ nguyên mũ hoặc cắt lát dày để giữ kết cấu.
- Dùng chảo nóng, chừa khoảng trống giữa các miếng; nấu đến khi nấm ra nước và rìa vàng.
- Nêm gần cuối để nấm không ra quá nhiều nước từ đầu.

Gia vị đậm đà: Kikkoman Nước tương, Haitian Dầu hào, Dầu mè, Giấm Zhenjiang.
Gia vị tạo hương: Tỏi, Gừng, Hành lá.
Nguyên liệu thêm vào: Đậu hũ tươi, Daisho Hakata Mì ramen, Angus Prime Thịt bò cắt dải 500g, Tôm king sống.

Place your order before 12:00 PM and receive it the same day between 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (it may arrive slightly earlier).
Please complete your purchase—including payment authorisation and confirmation—before 12:00 PM to unlock same-day delivery. If a later checkout still shows Same-Day because of cache delay, the order may miss today’s dispatch.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
