Bò xào gừng hành

Mì dầu hành kiểu Shanghai
Phi sợi hành tím từ từ đến vàng, giữ lại dầu. Trộn mì Yangchun nóng với dầu hành, chút nước tương nhạt và dầu mè.
Salad đậu hũ & hành phi giòn
Cho hành phi giòn lên đậu hũ truyền thống đã làm lạnh . Rưới hỗn hợp chua dịu gồm giấm gạo, nước tương và chút dầu ớt. Món ăn có vị tươi, đậm đà và ngon miệng.
Mẹo sơ chế
- Cắt gốc và ngọn, bổ đôi theo chiều dọc rồi bóc lớp vỏ khô.
- Để giảm độ hăng khi pha sốt, ngâm hành tím băm với chút giấm gạo và muối trong 5–10 phút.
- Phi hành thật giòn bằng cách thái rất mỏng, chiên trong dầu trung tính ở lửa vừa 2–4 phút đến vừa vàng. Hành sẽ sậm màu thêm khi nguội—vớt ráo và rắc muối ngay. Giữ dầu hành thơm để rưới món ăn.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
