Đậu bắp xanh giòn mềm, ngọt nhẹ và thoảng vị rau tươi. Dùng để xào nhanh, kho hoặc nấu canh; độ nhớt tự nhiên giúp nước món ăn sánh hơn.

Gợi ý chế biến
Áp chảo nhanh đậu bắp trên lửa lớn với tỏi đã bóc vỏ và ớt đỏ cắt sợi. Thêm chút nước tương nhạt và một lớp mỏng dầu hạt cải.
Nấu nước dùng liu riu với nước cốt lẩu miso, thêm nấm hương và đậu hũ truyền thống cắt khối để có tô canh ấm, đậm vị nước dùng.
Chần nhanh rồi làm lạnh. Trộn với nước tương đa dụng, chút giấm gạo trắng và vài giọt dầu mè nguyên chất.

Mẹo sơ chế và nấu
- Giữ khô: thấm kỹ trái đậu bắp trước khi cắt để giảm độ nhớt.
- Chỉ cắt phần cuống—tránh cắt vào khoang hạt nếu muốn giữ độ giòn.
- Dùng lửa lớn trước: áp chảo hoặc xào nhanh để mặt ngoài se lại rồi mới thêm sốt.
- Thêm vị chua (giấm hoặc cà chua) để món kho hoặc canh giữ kết cấu dễ ăn.
- Cắt xéo trái lớn thành miếng để chín đều và dễ trình bày.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
