Cần tây bó

Cần tây có cọng giòn thơm, lá non, thích hợp để xào, nấu canh hoặc trộn salad. Cọng rau giữ độ giòn, còn lá tạo thêm mùi thơm tươi nhẹ cho món ăn.

Gợi ý chế biến

Thịt bò xào & cần tây với dầu hào — Áp chảo nhanh thịt bò thái sợi, thêm cần tây cắt lát và tỏi, rồi cho một muỗng dầu hào. Xào lửa lớn trong 2–3 phút. Có thể dùng tỏi bóc vỏ để tiết kiệm thời gian.
Salad cần tây thanh nhẹ & giòn với mè và giấm Thanh nhẹ & tươi mát — Cắt cần tây thành lát mỏng xéo, trộn với một ít giấm Zhenjiang, vài giọt dầu mè, chút muối và lá cần tây.
Canh trong với cần tây, nấm kim châm & đậu hũ — Đun nhỏ lửa nước dùng gà trong, thêm cần tây cắt lát, một bó nấm kim châm, và những miếng đậu hũ truyền thống. Nấu vừa mềm, còn giữ độ giòn.
Bún gạo xào cần tây — Ngâm bún gạo để xào, rồi xào cùng cần tây, hành lá và một ít nước tương nhạt. Xào nhanh trên lửa lớn để rau còn giòn.

Mẹo sơ chế

Cắt bỏ gốc và phần ngọn lá; giữ lá lại để thêm lúc hoàn tất món ăn.
Dùng dao nhỏ tước bỏ xơ cứng bên ngoài để cọng rau mềm hơn.
Cắt lát mỏng xéo để xào nhanh; cắt miếng lớn hơn nếu kho hoặc nấu canh.
Khi làm salad, chần lát cần tây 10–20 giây rồi làm lạnh để vị dịu hơn.
Cho lá vào cuối cùng để giữ mùi thơm.

Street Address Only

We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.

Delivery Access

Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.

Failed Delivery — What We Do

We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
