Mì trứng gừng–hành
Xào nhanh gừng thái sợi và phần trắng hành lá, trộn với mì trứng tươi, thêm chút nước tương nhạtvà vài giọt dầu mè. Xào 3–5 phút cho mì bóng đều.
Cá hấp kiểu Quảng Đông
Cho gừng thái sợi lên cá chẽm chia phần ăn ; hấp vừa chín (8–10 phút). Rưới phần gia vị thơm đã làm nóng và nước tương hấp cá.
Nước dùng gà & gừng Ít calo
Nấu liu riu gừng đập dập với ức gà và hành lá để có món canh trong, ấm vị. Nêm nhẹ hoặc thêm chút nước dùng gàcho đậm hơn. Nấu khoảng 15–20 phút.
Cải rổ xào gừng & dầu hào
Xào cải rổ (gai lan) với gừng thái sợi, thêm dầu hào và chút nước. Nấu 2–4 phút để rau vừa chín, còn giòn.
Mẹo sơ chế
- Dùng muỗng cạo lớp vỏ mỏng để tránh bỏ phí phần thịt gừng thơm.
- Thái ngang thớ để dễ ăn; thái sợi giúp gừng nhanh dậy mùi.
- Đập dập để tiết dầu thơm khi hầm hoặc nấu nước dùng, rồi vớt ra trước khi ăn.
- Cho gừng sớm để món xào thơm đậm, tránh cháy bằng cách thêm chất lỏng trong 30–60 giây.

2. Same-Day Delivery
Place your order before 12:00 PM and receive it the same day between 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (it may arrive slightly earlier).
Please complete your purchase—including payment authorisation and confirmation—before 12:00 PM to unlock same-day delivery. If a later checkout still shows Same-Day because of cache delay, the order may miss today’s dispatch.

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
