Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $6.50 delivery fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.

Chilled tofu with soy, vinegar & scallions Low‑calorie
Spoon over light soy and a splash of black vinegar, finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and sliced shallots. Ready in 2–3 minutes.
Cozy mushroom hotpot tofu
Simmer bite-size tofu in a light broth using mushroom hot pot base, add shimeji and a handful of choi sum for a comforting bowl.
Veg-forward tofu & green bean stir-fry
Pan-sear tofu cubes, toss with green beans, a spoon of oyster sauce and a dash of light soy. Cook 4–6 minutes until glossy.
Weeknight mapo-style tofu
Sauté a little pork mince, bloom Pixian doubanjiang, then simmer tofu until saucy. Spoon over steamed rice.
Prep Tips
- For cleaner cuts, drain briefly and slice with a sharp, thin knife.
- Stir-fry success: pat dry and pan-sear undisturbed 2–4 minutes per side for light crust.
- Soup/hotpot: slide pieces in last and simmer gently 3–5 minutes to warm through.
- Want extra hold? Dust surfaces lightly with starch before searing.
