Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $6.50 delivery fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.

Simmer a light base like tomato hot pot. Swish Tong Ho for 30–60 seconds with enoki and serve over konjac yam threads for a broth-forward, satisfying bowl.
Sesame–soy chilled greens
Blanch briefly, chill, then dress with rice vinegar (Hengshun), a touch of light soy (Haitian), and a drizzle of sesame oil. Finish with toasted sesame seeds.

Simmer clear chicken stock, add Yangchun noodles, swirl in beaten free‑range eggs, then add Tong Ho at the end for 30–60 seconds.
Prep Tips
- Rinse well and shake dry; grit can hide in the serrated leaves.
