Tép tỏi tươi đã bóc sẵn, tiện dùng ngay trong bếp. Không mất công bóc, không bừa bộn — thêm vị tỏi cho món xào, canh, món ướp và nhiều cách nấu khác.

- Cải thìa xào tỏi — Phi tỏi thái lát trong chút dầu, thêm cải thìa non đã rửa. Nêm dầu hào cao cấp và một chút đường, xào đến khi vừa mềm.
- Bún nước gà & tỏiMón nước — Nấu liu riu tỏi đập dập trong nước cốt lẩu trong, thêm bún gạo đã trụng, rau xanh và thịt gà thái lát hoặc đậu hũ. Nêm vừa ăn.
- Tôm tỏi áo nước tương — Xào tép tỏi nguyên đến vàng nhạt, cho tôm King sống, chút nước tương nhạt và đường vào; nấu đến khi thịt tôm vừa chuyển đục.
- Đậu hũ non rưới dầu tỏi mè nóng — Làm nóng nhẹ tỏi băm trong dầu, rồi rưới lên đậu hũ truyền thống đã làm lạnh hoặc hấp. Thêm chút dầu mè và hành lá.
Mẹo sơ chế
- Đập dập để tỏi tỏa hương đậm; thái mỏng để có vị dịu và thơm rang nhẹ.
- Tránh vị đắng bằng cách phi ở lửa vừa, thêm tỏi muộn hơn khi xào; chỉ cần 30–60 giây cho thơm.
- Cho tỏi vào dầu nguội để hương tỏi thấm nhẹ vào dầu trước khi thêm nguyên liệu khác.
- Bào nhuyễn tép tỏi với một nhúm muối để làm hỗn hợp ướp hoặc sốt trộn.

Place your order before 12:00 PM and receive it the same day between 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (it may arrive slightly earlier).

Street Address Only
We can deliver only to physical street addresses. PO Boxes, parcel lockers, concierge mailrooms, and newsagents can’t accept our chilled parcels, so please provide a residential or business street address.
Delivery Access
Couriers deliver to ground-floor reception areas or your doorstep. We’re unable to take lifts or stairs to upper levels, so please make sure someone can meet the driver on the ground floor or your instructions allow a safe drop at street level.
Failed Delivery — What We Do
- We call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we follow the instructions you gave us (for example, a safe drop location if building rules allow it).
- If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible, the driver brings the order back. We don’t offer redelivery on the same order.
- The order will be cancelled; the $8 delivery fee, a $10 handling fee and the value of any fresh/perishable goods that can’t be restocked will be deducted.
- We refund the remaining balance to the original payment method and issue a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
