How to enjoy

Chilled sesame–vinegar salad Low-calorie

Toss tofu strips with blanched snow pea sprouts, a splash of Zhenjiang black vinegar, a touch of soy sauce and a drizzle of sesame oil. Optional heat: chili crisp. For extra body, fold through chilled konjac threads.

Wok-tossed with bok choy and oyster sauce

Sear tofu strips on high heat, then add baby bok choy and a spoon of oyster sauce. Finish with smashed garlic and a splash of water to glaze; 2–4 minutes total.

Comforting vermicelli soup bowl

Simmer a light base with clear chicken broth, add tofu strips and enoki mushrooms, then drop in rice vermicelli. Season with soy and white pepper.

Hotpot add‑in

Swish tofu strips in a bubbling tomato hot pot for a minute or two. Mix textures with bouncy tofu puffs and leafy veg.
